EZSCreenCap is a program I wrote in VB.NET that allows you to capture screenshots of your desktop. You can quickly capture full screen images, regions of your desktop, as well capturing images at timed intervals. The captured images can be saved in BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, and TIFF formats.
