EZThumbnail is a program created in VB.NET that allows you to quickly create thumbnails or resize any of the supported image types. Supported image types are JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, WMF, EMF, and ICO formats. Simply choose the directory that contains your images, choose the output path, and you’re done!
