A couple weeks ago wanted to watch the original version of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Put it in my blockbuster queue.. a few days later I receive the DVD. Great. Pop it in… and grrrrrrrrr. Its the remake. What do I do? I go online, report the dvd issue, and tell them to resend the same movie. No biggie.. I could understand how that might happen. Low and behold, a few days later, I get the DVD back in the mail. Yippie! I pop the DVD in, press play.. and double grrrrrrrrrr. They sent me the SAME dvd from the SAME store in the correct sleeve with the WRONG version in it. Nothing was changed. I reported the issue once again, and needless to say, this DVD is being returned with Post-Its on the sleeve AND dvd disk… saying “WRONG VERSION!!!”
