Ok.. I hear people saying all the time how slow their comp is running. Well, there’s three easy, simple, and FREE ways to help clean it up (and NO defragging isn’t one of them… its what tech people or users try to say to make them look smart, but doesn’t make that big of a difference.. only defrag once every 6 months or so, if that).

Do the following:

1. Install Mozilla Firefox and use it as your browser instead of Internet Explorer… ** VERY IMPORTANT. IE has way too many security flaws and uses up way too much system resources.

2. Install and run AVG Antivirus 7 Free Edition - Low system overhead, doesn’t use a lot of resources or disk space, easy to use and update.

3. Install and run Spybot Search & Destroy - removes all kinds of spyware and bots lingering on your comp.

Using these programs (remember to updating AVG and Spybot regularly) will help get that comp back up to speed.. it’s my personal guarantee…..
