Toy Update
To those of you who don’t know, I returned my 51″ TV back to Circuit City because I didn’t like it. They came and picked it up from my house, and credited the ENTIRE purchase back. No restocking fees or anything. Since I now get my 1000 bucks back, I went back and bought a few more toys for myself, which includes:
1) Phillips DVP642 DVD player for 60 bucks - plays DVD-R/DVD+R, MP3 CD’s, DiVX Video, MPEG4, Photo CD’s, the works….
2) Jensen 12″ 100 Watt Home Theater SubWoofer for 65 bucks - Turns on and off automatically when a signal is detected, so dont have to keep getting up to switch it on and off.. plus it has great low bass rumble… :)
2) 128 MB xD memory card ($20) for my Olympus camera - 8x the storage of my little 16mb card that i gave to my sister. Can store up to 800 pictures at the lowest 640×480 resolution on the camera. Almost 125 at the highest resolution…
This now leaves me with 860 bucks that I still have yet to spend from my return :)
