Halo 2
Ok, I haven’t posted lately because I have been busy. “With What”, you ask? Halo 2. Yes. Halo 2, on XBox. The biggest anticipated title in entertainment history. You don’t believe me? In 24 hours it sold over 2.4 million copies, accumulating over 125 million in cash register receipts… bigger than any other entertainment title, even for a movie. For the last three days I have been playing this game, and I must say, I simply DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE with it. It is tough… and I am usually good at games. There just seems to be not enough ammo in this game. Im running around with a crappy alien blaster rifle because SMG ammo (my favorite) simply must not exist in this game. The enemies are more aggressive, and many are huge and always try to come after you, killing you in a couple of punches. Yes. Punches. I have guns, and they kill me with punches. The whole second half of the game I could’ve sworn my strategy turned from killing everyone to just jumping over the damn enemies to try to get to the next checkpoint without dying first. All in all it was a decent game, but the sucky part is all this time people were waiting for the game to come out, and the story isnt finished. They leave you hanging at the end, making you wait for Halo 3. What a bunch of crock. Oh well, I used a free coupon from Blockbuster to rent it, so it didn’t cost me a dime.. :)
