Problems Already?
If you’ve read below, I got a Blockbuster Online account. I got my first movies yesterday, and found out I was one short. Looked online, they were all shipped on the same day, set to arrive on the same day. Looked again, I only had two movies instead of three. What’s the problem? Checked the mail today, no extra movie. *starts getting nervous* Did the mailman steal my movie? What will blockbuster do to me? Oh no! Went back online, clicked on “Report DVD issues”, and told them that I never received the movie. There was a button that allowed them to resend the movie, so I clicked it. I did that so they wouldn’t think that I actually decided to steal the movie, because why would someone do that and then have the same movie sent to them again? Not sure what will happen to me, what happened to that movie, and what Blockbuster does in these cases. Maybe this is one big consipracy on how BlockBuster makes money from this service, by charging people money for movies they really didn’t send. I knew that “free two week trial” was a hook.. and they baited it well…
